Custom Home Builds
After we have finalized plans and start on the selections, we send your plans and selections out to our subcontractors and suppliers to get an estimate back. Once all of those are provided, we review them internally and then set up a meeting to review them with you.
Every month we will provide you with a draw, in this draw you will see every invoice that we see and every change order that has been made that month.
Based on your custom home dreams, we will set you up with a time to tour some of our completed customs or call our clients to ask about their experience.
We don’t help with site selection but have a list of realtors that we send to you. We suggest that you do use an architect, it is not required but recommended, and we have a list of architects that can help you achieve your custom home dreams.
After our final walk through, we had over the keys and walk through what our warranty program looks like. If you have settling in the house, we will fix that. If you have a door that doesn’t open or close right, we will make it right. If your refrigerator stops work, we call our appliance specialists to get that fixed.

You get to customize ALL your options. Design what is functional to you and your family while putting together your own personal expression into your custom home.
From first initial meeting with our client to when we hand keys over, the process can take 18 months to three years or more. This all depends on the size and complexity of the home we are building and if you come to us with plans and engineering all completed.
We build 100% high-end custom homes, we do not build spec homes. Our vision is to build our clients’ dream home through design, creation, and selection.

Remodels
After our first meeting and determining the scope of work that needs to be done, we will put together a budget for your review. Once signed, we will get started on your project.
Keep in mind, remodels can sometimes be the land of the unknown. Once we knock a wall down, we don’t always know what is on the other side.
Your project will be assigned a MRC site superintendent. You will be introduced to that site super during our planning phases. They will be your point of contact during construction and provide you with daily/ weekly/ even monthly schedules.
Once we determine the scope of your remodel, we will have a better idea of the timeline on your project.
Just like our custom homes, we have designers and architects that can help you design your plans (if plans are needed for your project).
We manage and apply all permits required for your job. That way we can ensure that they will be finalized out at the end of the project.
Absolutely. Depending on the scope of the remodel, the project can take anywhere from a few weeks to months. You just need to understand that it will be noisy and dusty. We will provide you with a schedule that will all you adjust your family schedules around.

Yes, we will remodel homes that are pre 1940. We do asbestos and lead testing on older homes to ensure everyone’s safety.
