Cole Herschbach

Cole Herschbach was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He has a huge passion for sports. Enjoying fishing, golfing, baseball, and snowboarding which have created countless memories and lifelong friendships. He brings this comradery with him to work to help maintain the MRC team’s culture.

In January of 2023, Cole was hired as an operations assistant for the Salem MRC office. As well as his operations assistant duties he is also heavily involved in pre-construction development, detail coordination of a project, and being site superintendent for multiple remodel projects. Cole has found a real passion in the construction industry and is always looking forward to new projects and challenges.
