Becky Fairbank

My name is Becky Fairbank, and I was born in Salem, Oregon and moved to McMinnville when I was in grade school. After high school, I attended Oregon State University where I graduated with a degree in Business Management and went straight into the corporate world where I worked for Federated, Sara Lee Corporation and Nike. My husband, John of 26 years, and I moved back to McMinnville to raise our two children. McCall, 19 and Jacob 17. I enjoy my time with my kids, gardening and chilling out at our family home in Pacific City.

I started working for Mike Riddle Construction in 2016 and at that time it was just Mike, myself and one site superintendent. I am the Director of Administrative Operations, where I oversee everything that is not part of the physical construction. The MRC team has grown to 13 full-time employees.
